Extra fees everywhere--tolerable at first--gets old real fast as lease goes on. Can't tell if it's laziness or they just want more money out of you, but they gave our paper to determine what we were doing (moving out or staying) in February, wasn't sure so my wife and I started looking around. We come up to the office four or five times in one month, not once did they mention that we never sent in the form we were supposed to do. they had nothing for us, no one had anything elsewhere in the time frame we needed. So we get something, life's good. go in to turn in my letter of intent to vacate. "oh no, you need to fill out the form" she says. "And since you're thirty days late, you need to pay a month to month fee for the month after you move out." Never was late on a payment, never did anything bad or disruptive, and still I was treated poorly. In my letter I actually said it was a decent place and teh scenery is nice, which it is--and as far as the apartment was concerned it was alright, nothing fancy, but I didn't want to complain and leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth. So here I am now saying, unless you want to pay for cable you never watch, pest fees for the pest control that does nothing, have crummy counter tops and broken appliances that they claim to get fixed immediately and then after two weeks of waiting it magically gets done right after you complain to the office, then sure. this place is great. I'm sure I'll get hit with insane charges for cleaning and repairs that I had marked down on the sheet they have you do to evaluate the place before you move in. They don't care about the tenants. This review would have been either non-existent or much nicer if they didn't decide to screw me over like this. And take my word for it, I've been moving in and out of apartments almost every year for the past 6 years--making my way from the east coast of Florida to the west it would seem. Never have I been treated like a number.

Carefully consider the ratings on this place on EVERY website. This place really lives up to its terrible reviews. They are all bad for a reason. The staff doesn't care about anything, the maintenance workers are useless. The only thing they are good at is taking your money, tricking you into paying more and planting flowers. When we went to move out we never received our notice that they "stuck in the door" and so we gave a 30 day notice not realizing it was 60 days and they automatically tack on an extra month rent and utilities AND it's at a higher rate (about $200 more) so your contract gets extended and you are forced to stay for 60 days. We even went up to the office multiple times because we knew the lease was ending and not once did they ever say "we never received your notice". They don't tell you that way you have to pay them extra. I have never been swindled like this before and it has nothing to do with how terrible the maintenance or noise is, they just don't care about the people here and will do anything to get your money. We got another apartment signed for already for when our lease date was up and now we asked the manager "So we will be paying for this apartment for an extra month and nobody will be living in it?" Her reply was: "Yep."

DONT MOVE HERE!!!! Please listen to everyone not just me! When you move out the try absolutely everything to charge insane fees. I got charged 35 bucks for my stove supposedly being dirty. I steam cleaned my floor and there was no stains. I still got hit with $400 carpet replacement since it was 4 years and just that time to chsnge it. Hey they only charged me 50%! Honestly terrible place. Bad maintenance. Ac sucks, costs a fortune in electric. Running 100% of the time it wont cool below 76. Floors are so thin ive had noise violations walking room to room. Not lying. Do yourself a favor do not move here.

Called management 3 times to report someone having sex in the pool. They said they would send someone, but never did. Went to the office to find out why they didn't send anyone down to the pool was told that they can't enforce any rules and I should have called the police. What???? Why do you have rules if you can't enforce them.
