the ear splitting fire alarms go off around 2am every few months-it is horrible

Other than that, shoddy construction(exterior doors have draft and in the winter, you can freeze your butt off)(I heard everything the upstairs people were doing), the non-existent staff and the lack of ammenities just wasn't worth the price tag.

great place to live...but lets talk about the negative side...traffic choked up while entering & exiting the area..plus the intersection of river road & the entrance ramp to the road that leads upto the lincoln tunnel is an eyesore & a litter dump
