Subletting my extra bedroom Jul 25-Oct 25 for 1050 a month while my girlfriend does an internship elsewhere. I'm super laidback, 26 y/o female professional. Work full-time (9-5 type hours). Have 2 cats so must like animals. They're sweet although a little crazy. Shared bathroom space. Private bedroom with hardwood floors, rug, and mattress included. W/D in apartment. Would prefer a female or gay male between 20-35 years old. Must be gay friendly and respectful of space. My bedroom is in an open loft so would prefer someone quiet in the evenings. Otherwise I'm pretty flexible!
