The HOA board and clubhouse manager are cluseless when ti come to crime in their community. There is a regular flow of drug dealing and using on their properties and they do nothing about, People from other communities especially Lake Elsinore come to Horsethief because of it's "nice and safe:" environment to sell their drugs and hang out using drugs. This brings in a very bad element to the community. The HOA knows about it but refuses to do anything about it. The security there is a joke as their main function is to make sure the clubhouse and parks are free of graffiti and vandalism. The drug dealers know this so they aren't concerned with getting caught. If I was a homeowner there I would certainly be concerned as this affects the quality of life for everyone. A change of board members is certainly in order and it's only a matter of time until somoeone gets shot over a drug deal or some innocent resident gets raped at night in one of the parks. Their false sense of safety is just that.
