So lets start of with the hidden costs, you won't get in for $1200 thats a joke, you will however pay around $1500 your air conditioning may or may not work, if your of the lucky few that have a working one be prepared foir it to suck up so much juice that you get a whopper bill say like 210 dollars when you run it only at night and at 98 degrees. Pets?? You don't have any? Well don't worry Park Sierrra will be happy to furnish your apartment with several 1000. Several 1000 roaches that is. Small ones Big ones great big juicy fat ones and all before you even bring a crumb of food into your place, don't worry they'll keep a light on for you! Need help with your dish washer or dryer, just call your friendly office there , they'll be sure to send one in 3-to 5 weeks, equipt with a roll of duck tape.Outlet won't work so you won't need lamps or technology. Water heater will leak thru your kitchen cabinets and the carpet is a giant sponge for your washer that will leak when your not even running it. Use a club on your stearing wheel because the garage doors are so rotted that if yhou even lean your hand against one you can fall thru the other side. Pictures of the place make it look really nice, huh? Looks are deceiving!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!!! They lure you in with prices that are below the market rate. That's why we moved there a year and a half ago. We were both making limited salaries and needed to stay living in the area in a place we could afford. What a HUGE mistake! And the rent went up over $200 monthly after a year. This place is a pit-hole! If the Santa Clarita Valley has a ghetto, this is it! The place was dirty and the re-glazing on the tubs was slipshod with drips and areas where the glazing did not take. The kitchen counters were warped and the needed replacing, which they refused to do. The cabinets were cheap and OLD. The cheap laminate floors had chips in it and were patched up with small pieces of laminate TAPE! We didn't have heat or AC for three months! They advertise storage rooms, but they refuse to allow the tenants to use them. Did I mention the COCKROACH infestation? Which they never acknowledged or took care of! If you move here I hope you don't need sleep, because two different TRAINS run by over 7-10 times a night and shake the place and pierce your eardrums with deafening loud whistles and horns that will keep you awake. That's because the train tracks are only twenty feet from the bedroom windows! If that doesn't keep you up, the gang-bangers, loud bumping rap music, loud motorcycles and the drug deals going on all night should do the trick. That's if the gunshots and murders don't do it to you first. I used to live in New York City and never heard as many sirens as I did here. Also, don't plan on getting in and out of you garage the garage door openers are always as malfunctioning. If you don't have a garage, good luck finding a parking space. We cleaned this place form top to bottom, spic and span...gleaming, and had the carpets cleaned. We left the place in far better condition when we moved out than when we moved in, YET Park Sierra raped us on the deposit, charging us two extra days of rent when we were out the last day of the lease.They charged us for paint, and cleaning, including carpets, all of which was less than normal wear and tear. Then they just decided not to send us the check. We are filing suit with the Fair Housing Board and the Sate of California just to get our measly deposit back.Don't let this happen to you! WARNING!!! DON"T LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
