Our house has 1 room vacant (Starting January 2015). I am an engineering student at Georgia Tech, and live with another mechanical student at GT as well. Our preference is another GT or SCAD student.

* The vacant room is clean, has a bed, dresser, and small computer table to work at. The house is clean, furnished, and has a washer & dryer, as well as a dish washer.

Cable internet is provided. There is also driveway to park your vehicle.

There is ample space - we have an attic and a basement to store some miscellaneous items. This opportunity will likely close quickly, so please contact me ASAP if you are interested. We can set up a time to meet in the evening or on the weekend.
