I have lived here for 3 years. Management is okay. Maintenance does the best they can and are quick. All appliances work except my dishwasher doesn't rinse well. The grounds are well kept for the most part, sometimes the dog trash overflows and runs out of bags. Monday is lawn maintenance day. The complex feels safe enough for me to walk my dogs at 2am but make sure you don't leave any valuables in your car or forget to lock it, there has been some theft. Pool area, fitness and business center is always kept clean and everything in working condition. If you sit by the pond you can watch the ducks, feed the turtles and see fish swimming around. If you decide to live near the pond make sure you have noise cancelling headphones the toads can get really loud a few times a year. I did have noise complaints not so much from the people in my building but from a house in the neighborhood across the street. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I just recently moved in here and I like it a lot. Its a great community overall. The office staff and maintenance is knowledgeable and responds quickly to needs. The property is well maintained. The best part is they're pet friendly, which is a major reason I chose this community. I like taking my dog for a walk around the lake and the pet pick up stations are a huge help. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for an overall great place to live.

Great place to live, the staff is helpful and the apartments are well maintained. I just recently signed my second lease. The apartments aren't too expensive and everyone around here is really nice. Cockroaches aren't nearly as bad as the Grand Oasis and the complex provides pest control. I would defiantly recommend this complex.

Very friendly staff, well kept property and centrally located to just about everything Tampa has to offer. Prompt maintenance responses and (large) pets are welcome!! It's a great place to live!
