This is the largest condo in the Museum Parc building and the unit as the back looking over the Folsom Street, Four Seasons, Marriott, YBCA and right opposite to Moscone South. Being at 3rd and Folsom is not same as being any other place in SOMA. If you are new in the city, I suggest you walk around this particular spot and see how it feels just blocks away from either direction. I've been living here for last 8 years and I must admit it is hard to appreciate any other block in SOMA than this.

THE BEST SPOT
3rd & Folsom is an unbelievable spot in the city for residential living. It bets very lonely and uninteresting towards south, very lonely towards East, very busy and mostly commercial towards north and it gets sketchy towards West. This spot is the nerve center of SOMA where the development started 20-25 years ago now with Moscone, W Hotel, MOMA, YBCA. It will take years still to make other parts of SOMA walkable and convenient as it is here. A 2full block of openness in front of the building with a low rise Moscone convention center and YBCA garden this provides huge openness in the middle of the city like no other spot. Hard to explain, you have to walk around to feel.
If you are busy or you just do not want to bother for the chores you have everything right here in this building from rental car to laundry to one of the finest Gym. There are 2 restaurants in the building, 2 across the street on 3rd street and a dozen just within a block. Whole Foods is in the same block so as Peets and Starbucks for coffee. There is a commercial parking garage in the building as well as one right across the street. Both Caltrain and BART are 3 blocks away. One to the South and the other to the North.

LIVING ROOM is huge with kitchen at the entrance. It opens to a very large Patio. The living room is fitted with surround sound system and a large LED TV. The living room has a unique Art Deco feeling with the crown molding. Both the bed rooms are on the opposite sides of the Living room. The room has a double pane floor to ceiling glass window. It is extremely private and large enough to fit a very large dining table, a large sofa set and few lounge style seating.
KITCHEN is very large with a lot of storage space. It is big enough to cook a meal and entertain for a gathering of say 10-12 people. Most of the Kitchen appliances are new (white).
SECOND BED ROOM is a large size bedroom with two closets. It has a highly organized walk in closet and another closet at the entrance. This room opens to the large patio and has bath room right outside. The room fitted with a flat panel TV mounted to the wall and a surround sound system. The room is big enough to fit one king bed, a seating Sofa and a desk.
LAUNDRY is inside the Condo. There is a very nice washer and dryer in the condo next to the guest bed room which is inside a closet and it does not make any noise. There are also several laundry areas, one in each floor which are easy to clean large blankets or stuff like that and very helpful for families with kids or when many guest are visiting such as during Thanksgiving or Christmas.
CLOSETS : The Condo is designed to be extremely functional for a busy family with a lot of space for keeping things. There are 9 closets including the one for the laundry. Most closets are mirrored. Walk in closet in the Guest Bed room is functionally designed and the rest has been completely cleaned so that the new tenant can design the closet however he or she wants.
