-Looking to sublet my apartment at Graduate Court. It is a loft and you will have your own bathroom. There are four other bedrooms in the apartment, but it is a private lease. There is a shared kitchen, living area, and balcony.

-3 minute walk to corner

-You will not have to pay any rent for the month of May, but will pay $709 for June and $709 for July. This includes electricity, gas, water, trash, and internet.

-Fridge, table with four chairs, couch, stove are provided in shared kitchen. No other furniture/appliances will be provided for bedroom.

-Laundry room is located on the Graduate Court premise. Charges $1.50 for washer and $1.50 for dryer

-Subtenant will need to be approved by Woodard Properties
