One room in a 3br/2bath apartment is available for sublet starting in January. The room can be rented through May and can be extended through the summer if desired. The two roommates are clean and quiet females; the subletter must be female.

This spacious, fully furnished apartment is located a block from campus. The room is furnished with a full-size bed, desk, chair and dresser and also has a closet. The subletter will have her own full bathroom. The living room includes a dining room table and chairs, a sofa, another large comfy chair and a coffee table. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen and a large closet for extra storage space. The building includes a laundry room, fitness center, media room and two study rooms.
