Nice place to live.

Why you ask? It's flipping HUGE and quiet. I just wish everyone would mind their own business. Everyone knows everything about everyone. They know who's coming, going etc ALL the time and if they don't know who someone is, they freaking ask you "Oh, who was that with the curly hair that walked by your house yesterday?" It's out of control for real. I do always feel safe here because of that though. It's very affordable and really large. Lots of closet space. So all that being said - If you can deal with being watched by everyone and them knowing your business every minute of the day and are looking for a great place with a great price than Fairway is the place for you (if you don't have kids). Make sure to check everything in your apartment before moving in, make sure EVERYTHING works... The scary part is - someone will ask me tomorrow if I was the one that wrote this comment. No joke. I am serious.

Perfect place for families with children!! This place is a fort. I feel so safe at night when I walk around on the complex. Too bad there are only two families with children. This place is prefect for pets to run around. HUGE apartments. I love it. Like the other comment says there are a lot of older people but that is fine. This is a wonderful deal for your money. Tooooo bad there is no move in special. The price is still cheap for such a wonderful place. No floor plan is alike. I can walk to the stores and a few places to eat!! The pool is always clean and the grounds are kept nice all year around. What else could you ask for?? I over heard a talk about a gym being put in here. But hey there is still a club house, pool, and sauna!! Management and staff are really friendly and so are all of the residents. I couldn't ask for a better place.
