We are located in a quiet residential area of the South Davis. Unitrans Bus P/Q line is right in front of the complex and Yolo bus to Sacramento. All our units have new energy saving dual pane windows, new sidings. Our seventy five foot Olympic pool is the largest lap pool in the area with lushly landscaped ground. Each apartment comes with storage with big patio or balcony and assigned cover parking. We have two laundry rooms with clean and coinless Maytag, front load washers and dryers. We are walking distance to South Nugget, dinning plaza and Willow Park. This is smoke free complex. Sorry no pets.

It's a quiet place, lots of repair needed to be done when I moved in, and the most important repairs have been done. I like Nathan the manager, he is very friendly and listens to our concerns. Nakkema is also nice and she is suppose to be back this summer. I have been here since August and so far I like it here.

well, let talk about the good things first. 1. affordable housing program $1050 for 2B2B w/ free water and trash which is not that bad. 2. my unit was new remodeled. pretty clean and no mildew thing. 3. it has a fireplace. pretty cool and you may use it!. COOL!! 4. Good layouts! love the kitchen and bathroom. 5. you have a owned parking spot. there's always guest parking or street parking. 6. very close to freeway (Mace Exit) but quiet. 7. they just repaint whole apartment and looks nice. Bad things 1. WTF is wrong with the office? close 3 to 4 days per week. if you have a package, you better pick up as soon as u can, otherwise you gonna wait for weeks. 2. the office ladies always change. 3. the office always took a super long lunch break and left early. 4. they have 24hr. maintenance line, but they wont show up after least 5 to 8 days. i give 3 stars due to the office part. it really bothers me. i tihink they better do some adjustment on office hour or fire the lazy officers. !!

This place is a joke, the rents are outrageous. I can justify paying the high rent if the place was worth it. My unit was filthy, unpainted, broken toilet and stove. The management is a joke, you cannot get ahold of the corporate office, the grounds are soggy because of the constant watering which causes Mosquitos to come into the unit ALL year round. I am counting the days till our lease expires. Stay away from this complex.

There is a reason why they have a security guard drive through the parking lot each night. I have had my car stolen out of the parking lot. My sister had her car broken into. Also when I moved in there was a huge spot on the carpet and urine on the toilet. The appliances were old and run down and they refused to upgrade them despite their being in disrepair. To top it off they took my deposit and charged me to replace the carpet when I moved out (I was told the carpet was 3 years old when I moved in and they told me it was only a year old when I moved out. Don't bother for the price. This apartment is out to get you.

my roommates and i were looking to lease a 3 bedroom/2 beth town house, put a deposit down to hold it, and decided to not go for it due to financial difficulties.the next day, we were able to work out a deal to lease it, but needed to tell roommates and decide as a group but said that we definitely were interested and since we had the hold, would get back to them before they closed. low and behold, 10 mins before we were able to give them a call, we received an email stating that they had gone ahead and let ANOTHER party put a deposit down, and lease the apartment before we could let them know our final decision. the management there is horrible beyond belief. the level of service there rivals that of a child along with the intelligence. i will never lease with Ellington nor will/do i recommend ANYONE FROM DOING SO. AND IF YOU LIVE THERE NOW....GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
