Never moved in...but this place is a complete scam. Land lady and the little white girl asst are both scam artists. Dont give any cash. Save yourself the troubles and look elsewhere

This apartment complex is the absolute worst place I have ever lived at. The manager is a pathetic excuse of a decent human being and doesn't help you at all with the problems you are having with your apartment. If you like to spend money fixing it yourself, this is the place for you. Afterwards, when you move out, you will be charged a ridiculous amount of money for things like fleas and other "problems" around the apartment that she didn't want to help you with while you were living there. You only get one parking space, so have fun carrying your entire family to the upstairs apartments and looking for a visitor spot. I highly recommend not renting these apartments. Ever. If I could give this place negative stars, my rating would be -1,000,000,000,000 and beyond. Thanks for nothing spring gardens.
