Stevie from the Leasing Office was kind to help me on my first day, and his assistance is very much appreciated, Maxime was also very helpful to me throughout the process. I've dropped by multiple times on short notice, and I've always encountered willingness to help me. Even the concierge has been very friendly. Speaks very highly of the management.

We have lived in Portside towers for 4 years. Have a lot of positive things to say about the concierge and maintenance service. The yard area is very nice as well. Always a great time making BBQs. Cons: annual lease increase 10% even when their online rent price is cheaper; horrible heating with the old units in the walls that will drain your money on electric bills (I have no idea how people with little children live in here)...; 6 am garbage truck is quite noisy!

Great layouts, magnificent views, well-maintained and attentive management and courteous and helpful concierge. Rents are not cheap but Portside has larger than average apartments. I have renewed twice. Only downside is tenant ends up paying heat in winter as well as a/c in summer.

Very expensive 2800 for 1 bedroom in old school building.

Too far from the PATH train and the apartments are really old for the monthly rates. Amenities are nice, but they offer all of the same amenities at Windsor (right next door) at about the same rates. Also, they need to have extended leasing hours. People have jobs. Who can get off at 5PM in NYC and be there by 6?
