I have left their company because they favor the renters more than the landlord. Once you understand their business structure, then you will understand why. They have 3 employees and they need $4,000 min to keep the place running. They collect 10% of the rent. I will be nice by saying Tony and Chris rent out $700 per apartment. 10% x $700 = $70 per apartment income. $4,000 income needed/$70 per house = need 57 apartments needed to support their business. Do you see it yet? I do not think they even have 57 apartments. To make it worst, there are tenant who do not pay rent. Some apartment is $500 others are $750. People over their are in government programs. Tony and Chris use "Keystone Property Management & Maintenance" as marketing strategy to get home improvement jobs. These jobs are where the real income for Tony and Chris. They need to favor the tenant because tenants produce home improvement jobs. Tony and Chris wants to keep the tenant happy even if they are not pay rent. You are better off going to other company. After all you are investing to get money back. If Tony and Chris do not have your best interest, then what is the point? Tony and Chris will take all your profit and extra from your pocket.
