After learning my brother was in a serious car accident in Saint Louis Obispo my wife and I decided to drive down to LA and check us into the Beverly Hills hotel. We wanted to take my mother's mind off my brothers accident. Explaining the story to the Hotel staff they checked us into one of the bungalows. Keep in mind I did not find the price for a room any higher then a quality hotel room. I work for hotels and this hotel had to top any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff, the service, the decor. Everything about this property: is 5 stars. One example the hotel staff did for us was one night we were going out for dinner, the concierge provided a limousine free of charge. Another experience was in the Polo Lounge. One of the patrons claiming to be a producer was annoying by trying to cast my wife in a film. The manager of the Polo Lounge would not let us pay for any of our cocktails. Working for the hotel industry for over 20 years this is unheard of. I would like to thank the staff for five star hospitality.

These guys could not have done more....we were treat like royalty, everyone was super friendly and helpful, it was a once in a lifetime gift for my nephew who has not had much luck in his life, the staff made sure he will remember the trip for the rest of his life for sure...thank you all, you are the best...
