I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I applied to rent a condo. The manager was "on vacation" & they couldn't process my application for a week until he came back. Fortunately I could afford a hotel until he returned. Then they said my application was incomplete. I redid my application and faxed in a copy of my lisence. The next week they said he's not answering his emails & all the decisions have to go through the Board. I asked if the board could handle my application, but I was given many excuses that lead to the answer No. I experienced racial profiling & unprofessionalism throughout the entire process. One of the owners verbally stereotyped me because I was from Georgia, yet I continued to proceed because I'm in Orlando for work & I needed a place to stay. The owner questioned if my credit score was above 625 and if I had a job. I said yes. He asked me the same question 3 more times. He could have spent that time investigating that my credit score, which is almost 800 instead of wasting time questioning me. After numerous calls & wasted time over multiple days, one of the Board members said they needed to have an interview with me and a "Welcome Committee" before I moved in. They used every tactic possible to frustrate me, but I remained polite with my words and tone. One of the Board members called me an anxious individual & said that this is their process for everyone & I should adhere to it. I experienced racial profiling. I thought I was getting a deal, however this is a cheap condo. Their prices are much lower than the places in the surrounding area. I advise no one to rent or buy there because they're very unprofessional & they profile.
