1. We stayed in this lovely place more than 30 months. 2. We really enjoyed staying in it but finally we moved out due to job transfer. 3. Apartment is pleasant, beautiful and people around are really nice. 4. Unit is spacious, clean and Amenities are really good. 5. Management staff is cooperative, very helpful and their service is real quick. 6. We heart fully recommend to stay in it, you people surly love these apartments.

A friend of mine is looking for a place so I recommended Gardens of Bridgehampton. I came on here to give her some details & came across some negative reviews & I wanted to make sure that it's known that those reviews were from years ago! I've lived here for 5 months & I have no complaints! I love my unit. One bedroom with a study with a nice big kitchen with countless cabinets & an island. I live on the 4th floor (buildings have elevators :) ) and my deck is HUGE with a view right over the pool. The pool & pool area are very nice with grills for cookouts! The gym is right behind the pool & it has any machine you'd like. Everyone is friendly, including management & maintenance. My leasing agent, Terry, is amazing & has been from the beginning! She showed me several units TWICE b/c I couldn't decide which one I wanted & has been only a phone call away if I needed anything. Now, she's actually only a few doors down if I need her. She moved into my building a couple months ago & now I can just bring my rent to her door! So convenient! I'm sure I could keep going but you get the point. I definitely recommend GOB for anyone.

I just had to make a comment even though I work with Cornerstone. I know that when someone is upset you will get 15 responses ..and when someone is happy they really have no reason to rant and rave.. After reviewing the comments I was glad to see and hope others noticed too that these comments/grips were quite old..most at least 2 years old. Which made me feel a lot better. Because the last year and a half new managment and a more organized HOA have really worked hard to turn this place around and have done so successfully.. The management companies and members of the HOA have made a tremendous differnce in making significant changes. Gone are the disgruntled maintance poeple and management firms that are really the ones responsible for the negatve reviews. we just finished conducting a study which will be published on here soon that found overall the cueent tenents and owners that klive here are quite pleaseed with the new changes brought about. Hoa is working very hard on improvements currently in process of pressure cleaning all buidings, changing out windows, planting new flowers , cleaning up around the buildings making both positve inside and outside changes..and the list goes on... with Sherie running the HOA and Earl heading up the maintence..anyone who wrote the negative comments so long ago would be overwhelmed at the changes and improvements made.. and in the process of being made ...this past year.. I must say I have even since chosen to become a tenant here and recommend that anyone come out see for yourself why the Gardens of Bridgehampton has reclaimed themselves as one of the top choices ( besides the fantastic location) to call home.....

This is a very comfortable place. They are pet friendly, and offer masny sizes and styles of rentals. The pool is huge and kept clean. We enjoy the walking paths, and the front door garbage pickup is a big bonus. Very convenient to shopping, grocery stores, gas etc. Close to I95 and JTB. living in a condo vs an apartment has its ups and downs, but our management company does respond very fast, and Terri (leasing agent) is amazing and trys to do everything in her power for us and all of her tenants.

Horrible horrible place to live. I had to break my lease to move out early because the living condition is like hell here. The noise level is EXTREMELY high! The air conditioning made horrific noises day and night so we could not sleep. The "free" internet does not work. There are also frequent power outages. There are dog poo everywhere and nobody cleans them. The maintenance people are very lazy. Our refrigerator broke three times in two months and it took them another month to swap it with another apartment. We paid our rent every month, but the bastard landlord default on his mortgage so we got subpoenas at night and had to go to court to dismiss it. My advice: DO NOT LIVE HERE!
