Cambridge Apartments, built in the 1920's, is a building with high end hotel history decorated in the twenties mode. Apartments are 400 sq ft with private kitchen which includes plenty of light and a gas stove. Studios also include a large walk-in closet and private bath with deep bathtub in bathroom. This home requires income qualification with resident guidelines for eligibility. Full-time student limitations apply. The Cambridge is a pet friendly building and allows both cats and dogs with a two pet limit per unit and additional refundable deposit of $300 per pet. Limited parking available (call to inquire about availability). All utilities paid include water/sewer/trash services as well as gas and heat.
