Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Loads of celebs popping in and out. Breakfast staff can't remember a food order though - just write it down! Valet parking is $40 a day, including overnight which for the area is extremely well priced. Food is amazing and the rooms are really nice.

Boutique hotel in the best area of Hollywood. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The room (we had one with view on skhline) is modern and features a balcony. Valet parking at good prices available and driving to Santa Monica etc. only takes a few minutes. If you can book yourself into one of their suites. They're amazing.

Great place to go eat and drink! Service was good and people were extremely nice and attentive

When we arrived nobody tried to help us with our bags. Most of the valet and bell hops were standing around talking to each other. We had to lug all of our baggage our selfs. Mind you we are paying $500 a night to stay there. The lobbies and elevators were sweltering hot. The room services was decent but took forever. Everyone who worked there acted as if they were doing you a favor. If felt like everyone hated their job and it shows. Save your money this place is a rip off and a joke.

The London is in the middle of the sunset strip which is both its greatest strength and greatest weakness. The hotel is beautiful but is surrounded by grimy streets. The rooftop is lovely and the overall in hotel experience is lovely.
