DON'T MOVE HERE! It's a trap! Let's start with parking, it's horrendous! Only compact parking, no assigned spots, and lots of people who live here have more than one vehicle, so finding a spot anywhere near your apartment is a joke even during the day sometimes, and after work hours it's nearly impossible, you'll have to park on the street where there's no security. At least $40 extra/mo for a carport that's even smaller than the uncovered spots, at least $100/mo for a tiny garage but good luck there's only a couple and a never ending wait list. Landscaping... you get the pleasure of being woken up in the early morning at least 2-3 times a week by leafblowers, lawnmowers, and streetsweepers.. why they start so early, I have no clue, but I'm at the point of going out there and smashing their blower with an axe, most worthless invention ever! The owners here seem more concerned with image rather than their tenants satisfaction so good luck complaining about anything. These two things may seem minor at first, but after you've been here a couple months they become the most annoying part of your life. I made the mistake of overlooking the parking issue and it haunts me to this day, go somewhere with at least ONE assigned spot for you, it's worth it!

Warning stay away from A'CAPPELLA Apartment, because it is the worst one can live in. Please do not be convinced about what the front office employees are telling you. The apartment is the noisiest and when you live close the highway, sleeping will not be possible. The appliances are old, parking is not enough DESPITE the TWO SPOTS each tenant is PROMISED. The apartments are overpriced, because it takes one 15-20 minutes looking for a parking spot and even there will not find one. Sometimes people park illegally, because there is no parking spot. The security at the gate is nothing but a publicity stunt, because they do not have an audit of all the cars parked in the complex. Please stay away from ACAPPELLA APARTMENTS, because it is the WORST.

Where do I start? How about, do not live here... run away... far away. Community: It is a joke to live here. The neighbors are sketchy at best and there are unattended children running rampant throughout the parking lot. The parking lot is so dimly lit that it is scary to walk outside in the evening by yourself. There are three garbage containers (NO RECYCLING) on the property that are hardly ever emptied. They become overfilled and smell horribly. Residents like to use these bins as a way to get rid of TVs, couches, mattress, etc. I even saw a man digging through the garbage and pulling out items he wanted to keep that others threw away. There are also stray cats everywhere! One cat took to meowing and peeing on my door. Parking: Forget about it! Unless you want to pay $40/month for spot, you will have to battle with everyone else on the property for a parking spot. We never went out at night because we were too worried that we would not find a spot to come home too. Location: Set between SR 525/I 405 and HWY 99. Lots of noise, lots of transients and horrible air quality. HOWEVER, it is in walking distance to Bartell's, Safeway, 7-11, food and close to 405 on ramps. Apartments: This is the worst part of living here. We were in a 2-bed/1-bath. Everything is so terribly old that it constantly falls apart. The cupboards were fall to pieces, literally crumbing apart, the linoleum was scratched and discolored, the bathtub seemed original and the porcelain was wearing away, the carpet did not seem to be stapled down correctly (I could pull most of it up easily), there was white paint on EVERYTHING: baseboards (that should have been "wood" colored) light fixtures, light switches, carpet. The appliances also seemed original and our oven surface would only work on high. We only had windows on one side of the apartment so it was very muggy in the apartment and hard to air-out. The windows were very old and drafty and we often had ants in our apartment. Incredibly over-priced. It seems they put all their money in to a horribly tacky leasing office and nothing into their units. Staff: The most incompetent people I have ever worked with. I recommend getting everything in writing and have a copy! I was told when I moved in that the carpet was 7 years old and would be replaced after we moved out. So I asked the property manager when I turned in my notice-to-vacate if I needed to have it cleaned. She said to just vacuum it. They lost out notice-to-vacate and never updated us as to whether they found it or not. Instead of giving us the mandated 48 hours notice for our first walk-through, they gave me 12 hours notice. I had to request my 48 hours. After that, we got a call the evening they were suppose to enter asking if anyone came in. We didn't know and thought it was incredibly inappropriate. Lastly, we scheduled out final move-out inspection and no one ever showed up. I had to call them. When they did show up they were impressed with how much was clean. When we got out deposit summary we had been charged for a carpet cleaning that should have been 20% of the cost to replace the carpet. I had to call three times and send an email to have this fixed. I was refunded the money for the carpet cleaning but I think they were hoping I would just give up and they would keep the money. I am sorry to whoever is in that apartment now because it seems that you are living on old, nasty, cheap carpet that was only cleaned instead of replaced. Do not live here. Unless you like low-quality, over-priced depressing spaces.

A great place to live. Nice small community close to everything. Bus line just outside the complex.

The grounds are muddy most of the year, car was broken into, my husband had to resuscitate a man overdosing in the parking lot one night, and when a spider laid a sac that hatched ALL OVER my front door frame and I called maintenance at least twice to PLEASE come and get rid of the thousand baby spiders all over my house, they DID NOTHING. I'll upload the picture as soon as I can find it. Don't live there.
