Lived here for a year and can say I am glad my lease is up!! I stayed in the townhome portion of the complex 3/2.5. The positives--the space was great, maintenance was 9/10 pretty quick with any problems I had, and the neighbors were very friendly. The negatives-- You can find a better place for the price that is charged here. Prices change (increase drastically) everyday, literally! Once your lease is up, if you wish to renew you do not get to keep your rate that you have had and paid consistently for the time of your previous lease, it will increase. Mine for instance will increase approx $150. To go month to month, forget it! An increase of $600 almost just to go month to month (Almost $2000.00). To downsize I would pay the same I pay now for smaller. The pool is terrible, majority of the time I lived here there was a homeless man that lived there. The gym was absolutely terrible. The tv in the childrens play room has never worked. Half the equipment doesnt work, barely works, or is a safety hazard because its "rigged" to work temporarily. I have brought the issue to the attention of the office staff a hand full of times and was given a different excuse everytime. For example, it costs money to maintain, yet they can afford to throw community parties. Then it went from a 24/7 gym to a gym that is only open during office hours (which the average person is working and would not be able to utilize the gym) and I was told that was only to last a week and its been months. The gates are always broken. There are security cameras yet none of them work. There is one security guard for the entire complex!! Even after all the break-ins and stolen vehicles since I have lived here nothing has been done to improve the quality of the security. The playground is terrible, half the equipment is missing, the swings are not safe for small children due to the straps being broke, and the equipment is not well kept. The office staff is "friendly" as in face to face but will tell you every excuse under the sun and beat around the bush about issues. I have also notified the regional manager about some of these issues and was told she would take care of it after a million excuses were given to justify why things were ok the way they were and still nothing has been done to correct any of it. For the price that tenants pay at this location, it should be much better ran, amenities advertised should be available as advertised, and the upkeep of the complex could be better. You are better off finding a different location, or renting at least 2 other HOUSES and you would not only pay less but have a better experience.

This place doesn't deserve a star, horrible place to live--- apartments are nice for the tour but once your in them their a nightmare. Not only is the front office unorganized(Tina) and Doris (property manager) they'll charge you for things and have no communication!! I have 7 more months to this lease but ready to break it and I'll even go as far as putting an eviction on my record that's how bad this place is!!! Messages for pics of the roaches, the fridge and ac unit which is covered in mold--im out of the lease now June 30th 2014 was my last day and so happyi cant even explain i hope these people get their act together...this apt complex should be shut down and dont try to call the area manager cause she wont do anything either shell have one of the office people call you i had to haggle to get her number...stay away far away

I just moved out 05/2014. IT IS A HORRIBLE COMMUNITY AND MANAGEMENT MOSTLY TINA !!!!! THE GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN. Tina is the Manager and she is just plain dumb and stupid. I lost a house key of mine and she said I would be charged for it because they would have to replace the locks. So I asked her well if i returned both set of of keys you guys would keep that same lock on there not knowing if i made an extra key or not and she said no we change is regardless. Then I restated what she said to me and she said Im not here to go back and forth. NONE OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE LEASE Someone tried to pry through my front door. TINA was not going to do anything about it but I called the police and THEY MADE HER GET UP AND GET SOMETHING DONE. I have heard so many stories about this place and it is all true. SO BEWARE they may actually having you use the same key someone used before. I have had issues with them non stop AND its never in the lease TINA just keeps saying thats the way it works. I would not suggest anyone move here. I did a 7 month lease nothing could get me to stay longer.

Well, I was *about* to rent here, despite the rent listed for a 3/2.5 changing (increasing) daily. Then I looked more closely at the floorplan. That unit is listed as 1589 sq. ft...which includes the garage!! You never include the garage as living space! This really made my comparison shopping difficult. I am looking for a house now. I may have a longer commute, but I think it will be well worth it. They also charge a non-refundable (after 72 hours) $100 holding fee, in addition to the $50 application fee. You can't apply without selecting a unit you want to rent, which I think is silly. Anyway, I caught the flagrant deception before 72 hrs was up, and got my $100 back. I will say that the staff was fairly helpful, the place looked clean and well kept. I did really like the layout of the 3/2.5 townhouse, but the misrepresentation of the living space plus the fluctuating rent really put a bad taste in my mouth. Wish me luck in house hunting! I am sure you can also do better for your money, don't waste your time here.

This place looks great from the street. Just hope you don't get a unit with bedbugs. They take weeks to get anyone out there to take care of them as they show up.
