The worst place to live. Manger is very rude. Their parking space is very limited. You can't literally find any parking after 4pm. They have three bedroom apartments, but they will only provide you with reserved parking for one car. They dont allow you to put any stuff in your own patio, and you cant barbecue in their either. Also, they have some kind of deal with att, so you are stuck with the slowest internet( 1.5 mb/per second) possible.

Yes, it is a nice area. I love the trees and the fact that my family and I don't need to use the AC in the Summer because it stays cool. However, this complex have too many flaws. You can't check under your hood of the car without getting harassed by Security, even if it is to check if you oil is good. Parking is a bitch! Only two cars allowed per apartment. You can't even have another family member/friend park in your spot because they may get a ticket your both of you will get in trouble. You can't hang anything on the porch without getting in trouble "be it doesn't look right". People constantly take your clothes out of dryers/washers. If there is a problem with washing/drying machines, they don't fix it until months later. No Pets!!! Not even to visit it! Can't have your own cable without having to pay Fees! The office keeps track of everything!!!!!! Even for the smallest things like, having "inappropriate" things outside your door. This place is too expensive for having too many rules! Please check others and make sure you read the contract before you know what you get yourselves into. My family and I are looking for a place to live because we can't take the harassment we receive from the landlords from here.

This place suck, you can not have a good internet service because u are not allowed and they worry too much aboutl. Parkin

My friend just rented a place and the gave her a parking space smaller then a compact car can fit in. She asked to talk with a manager, but know one will call her back. Finally they told her this is what you get. Very nice until they get your money. This place is a joke. The bad reviews are real!
