My wife and I have lived at Arden Place almost 3 months now. We have nothing but great things to say about the apartments, the clubhouse, and the entire staff. Since everything is so new, there are very few issues, you can count the previous renters on less than one hand. When a maintenance issue does arise, all it takes is a quick online request and the ultra-professional, polite, and competent maintenance staff is soon there to take care of it, plus anything else he can see while he's already there, believe it or not. The clubhouse staff, Will, Danielle, Justin, bend over backwards as well and are genuine, helpful, and always cheerful. Obviously you will find imperfections anywhere you live and you will hear your neighbors from time to time, but that's the charm of apartment living, right? :) As you do your research, Arden Place will not be the least expensive. However, everyone that lives here came to that same realization, too. They will never need to be. As it reads on the sign, these are luxury apartments. You won't find these fixtures and finishes and well-designed spaces at other apartments. Put Arden Place toe-to-toe with any competitor and I'd argue they're the best value for your rent dollars you can find in Charlottesville. Don't you love that feeling you get when you know you're getting something worth every penny you're spending? We are so glad to call this home.

Arden Place is the Charlottesville apartment community I have chosen to make my home. I've been here since the apartments opened up in October. The staff is absolutely amazing, and any maintenance issues I've had have been taken care of promptly.

I'm a little worried that the parking might be a little packed once the rest of the apartments are rented out, but so far Arden Place has been a great experience.
