Someone seriously needs to take some type of action I'm more than sure they have not been inspected by the health and human commission! I do not know where to begin it started out with a friendly hello I'm the resident manager with a lot of please thank you and return calls as soon as you sign the contract your just another number I've called many times reporting roaches and rats the day I moved in when I called the office manager or someone who answers the phone by the name of "Christina" who might I add is not at all professional in any type way and I don't not know what property owner would even consider hiring someone of her like FYI! you DO NOT come to work in a public atmosphere with sexual markings on your neck that was the first and last sign I need to see myself to be convinced this place is down right ghetto! The crime rate is outrageous! The South Houston police department might as well create a store front right on the complex! After hours their is nothing but drinking, drug selling, they breaking into your car and no one does anything about it! NEVER will I recommend the apartments to anyone who would like to raise a family in a safe home but if you would like to live in roaches,broken appliances, and only see the property manager when the rent is due then Arlington Place is the place for you!!

Horrible bed bugs and roches. The only time the office comes to your door is when your late in rent. I lived there 4 1/2 years they went up on rent every year. I had to get family members to fix things around my apt because it was just faster. My car was broken into twice and when I told office that I shouldn't have to be worried about my car at night I should feel safe she replied your car is not you Omg I almost lost it but if your just a day late on rent there pounding on your door. Apts are big but just not wort the poor quality they just don't care about the safety and security of there residents.

Yea don't move here...unless u don't mind gun shots at night...cussing kids....and gettin ur car broken into....then this place is perfect for u

The worst place I have ever lived in, the roaches are bad, there are people cooking drugs, children cussing and screaming, I walked from my apartment to the dumpster and saw at least four drug deals hand in hand in broad daylight, and my fiance got attacked by three men and beat down in the middle of the day for no reason, he had to be taken to the emergency room. The management denied it happening when there is a blood puddle in their parking lot showing that it did happen, they just locked us out of their office and refused to reason with us, I have lived here for almost three months and I am about to break our lease because the 900$ isn't worth being scared to death of walking around outside with out a gun to protect yourself.

I have been here since 1996 and i have no roaches or any other problems the office gives me no problem i just hate my neighbor that is always smokin weed but im sure he will be gone soon
