My experience with Artisan Ridge Apartments is very upsetting. I give no stars! I moved in 2011 and currently still living there. I can't wait until my lease is up in November. There is always something going on with these apartments whether something is broke down, water is always getting shut off, shootings, dirty, etc. There is not even a recreational center. Since I've moved in, there pool was broke down and still til this date, that pool is not running, it so filthy and dirty. The people (manager) in the office don't care about your well being nor do they serve you like you should. The maintenance there is very shitty (excuse my language) I've had an A/C problem and I have been trying to get a hold of them for the last month and they have not done anything or if they did it was never fixed right. So I had to make a call elsewhere to get something done. I had no choice but to live here at the time, but I do not recommend it for anybody, especially if you have children. Artisan Ridge is never consistent with anything, their security comes and goes. The manager, Missy is a bitch (excuse my language) and does not care about the residence. All she cares about is the rent and getting paid. They are adamant about your rent getting paid on time, but everything else is not importance to them. When I told the manager how I felt, she stated, "I'm sorry you feel that way, your lease is up in November and you don't have to renew." I think as a manager, your job is to satisfy your customers and not try to drive them away. So again, I don't recommend it because you will be unhappy.

Im sorry, but to the person who wrote a good review after living here one week....give it a couple of months. My second month here i paid my rent on the first. 5 days later i received a notice telling me i had until the 12th to pay my rent or they would file for eviction. Because I had used a temporary check to pay my rent they had to take it manually to the bank instead of running it through their system. The manager didnt do this for the entire month. I received notices, a court filing was brought to me at 10:30pm, more notices, i went in to the office 4 times to straighten this out and they never took the check. I had to call the district manager to get this straight. Several months later i recieve a notice telling me i owed them the court fees. They have signs listing their indoor and outdoor pools, the indoor pool has been closed the entire time i have lived here (since last august) the tennis courts have 1 falling apart net for 3 courts, the security gates are constantly broken, i called the office on april 14th asking them to come check on my a/c before things get too hot, well a month later they still havent worked on it and its getting up to 85 degrees in my apartment because of westward facing windows. In order to do laundry you have to have a money card, reloadable with a machine in the mail room, one day after starting my laundry in washers i noticed i needed money for dryers, the machine to load the cards was broken so i went to the office and listened to the lady tell another tenent on the phone that she was going to call the apartment manager so they could get someone out to fix it. I came back 30 minutes later when my laundry was done washing and asked if she had heard anything from the manager and she told me she wasnt going to report it until monday, this was saturday....she lied to the tenant on the phone and never put signs up warning people to make sure they had money before starting their laundry. They never clean the gutters so when it rains the water spills right over, this isnt too bad except in winter when the water then freezes on the walkways and stairs below. They put out no salt to melt ice and do nothing to help with clearing the parking lot when it snows the list of things wrong just grows and grows and grows, and this doesnt even cover the problems with the neighborhood in general....do not stay here, run far and fast

do NOT live here!! i do not recomend anything about it at all. my house had 3 attempted robberies withen a few months then i had a actuall robbery the week before thanksgiving, the intruder broke through my kitchen window after a fail attempt to break through the door. there is still crow bar marks all around my door and it is bent and lets air in not to mention my kitchen window frame is loose and does not lock properly now nor did they try to fix it they repaired the GLASS after a month and a half of it being broke and their "fix" was a peice of ply wood over the window (COLD WINTER MONTH MIND YOU) i had to stuff blankets in between the window and plywood and it was hard to keep my house warm for my son and i. it genereated a 200 oge bill and they were not willing to help me in any shape or form even though it took them a month and a half to fix it. all i heard was "theres a work order" over and over... not to mention there was a patch in the bathroom that fell through the employee that fixed it did an awful job i asked to have him come back out and they keep telling me he has when it still looks like something my 4 year old did! awful complex. (however the security staff is the ONLY good thing i can say about this place)
