HORRIBLE! Mold/mildew appears in the bathroom in less than a 15 minute shower. It is impossible to remove around the windows, also. The management staff is totally incompetent. When we renewed our lease, we were offered a $400 rent credit, which they then lost, and left a letter threatening to evict us. Thank goodness we kept our paperwork on the issue to fight it. Then, we had a maintenance order in for several things, including a faulty faucet and it was ignored for 2 working days, until we went into the office and complained. Then, upon finally getting around to the order, they more damage than repair by leaving a part of our plumbing disconnected, leading to the soaking of everything under the sink. LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I am ready to leave now, in the middle of our lease and just walk away.

This place was ok for the 1st year I lived there. Things went quickly downhill after the aparment was bought by a new company. Service was slow and the staff that took over became rude and unhelpful. To top this of I'm military and I moved out because I was transfering to Japan. To my surprise 6 months later I recieve a credit notice that I owed 75.00 due to damages to the property. Which was apparently paint on the floor due to the cheap repairs they made to a leaky pipe. Do not rent with these people. but if you do want your self because they will try to squeeze you for everything they can.

Worst apartment complex I have ever had to deal with. Don't be fooled by how nice they make everything look on the website. Their touted communal facilities are usually dirty when they're not out of order. The staff somehow manages to be both incompetent and perpetually condescending. The apartment itself was horrible. The walls were crazy thin. Persistent mold appeared in the bathroom and on window seals throughout the house.Maintenance requests were regularly ignored. (For example, when we submitted a request for faulty shower knobs, we were told that, "the knobs are just like that.") Management will try their damnedest to avoid actually investing money in upkeep on the apartment yet they will go out of their way to find the most arbitrary nonsense to charge you for. Try to dispute their arbitrary charges and they just automatically threaten to send it to collections (did I mention the staff is insanely rude?). And somehow, they still have the audacity to raise the rent as soon as your first lease is up? As if any sane person would wish to continue residence in such a hell-hole in the first place. Save yourself some stress and keep looking for an apartment complex that at least pretends to care about its residence after they sign a lease.

Worst apartment complex ever!!! They charge you for things a regular complex would not. They tried to charge me 25.00 a cigarette butts outside on the ground and I don't smoke!! They are old small and over priced. They claim its for the features such as the pool the doesn't work most of the time, the "gym" that only has a treadmill in it. Also I tennis court with no net and all kinds of things that the internet makes seem so nice but is crap. The manager on the property is dumber than a box of rocks she is never in the office and when she is she is good for nothing. She forgets your maintence orders, talks to you like your slow. If I could I would give them a negative amount of stars. Worst year ever!!

For the price I think this is a great place. The grounds are upkept nicely, the pool is nice and it is a safe area. My experience from living here the past 6 months has been good. I received a notice that they were repaving the lot despite what the other review experienced. I do not recommend living in a downstairs apartment being that I have had two different leaks from the ceiling. The first was taken care of very quickly and the second, that happened about two weeks ago, is still waiting to be finished. Apparently this is a regular occurrence here. But really I think for the money it doesn't get much better than this.
