Avalon Anaheim Stadium will always have a special sentiment. This was our first place together and it was brand new. The staff created great ways to have residences meet one another at various gets to together on the tail deck. Fireworks at 9:30 pm from the Disneyland side were always a delight. During baseball season, Friday night fireworks from the Angels Stadium were equally wonderful. We loved the memories were created for almost 6 years. Thank you Avalon! It was indeed “Time well spent!”

The online billing system is horrible. They always try to charge you more. I paid $2,000 last month and now they say I owe a late fee and only paid $1,500. This place is a scam.

These apartments are amazing! The interior view is the best view, in my opinion, but the exterior view (street view) is also very nice. The higher the level the better the view. It also VERY close to many restaurants and just down the street from Disney's garden walk. What an awesome place to live or even to go and visit friends living there.

The location is one of the best in the area, most convenient, everything is close by. Also the price for one bedroom is fantastic comparing to other when the one bedroom here consists of an additional bathroom and additional baby room, den or office. I recommend staying in high floors because the scene, privacy and relaxing, so, the higher the better.
