Beautiful and affordable 1-3 bedroom apartments. The complex has a pool which is great for swimming and sun in the summer. It is a very relaxing environment. Just around the corner is a Wegmans, plenty of restaurants and gas stations and the mall is only 10 minutes away. Easy access to 490 as well. If you are environmentally conscious and use public transportation there is a direct line from BBH to downtown Rochester. If you are in the mood for party tenants can book the beautifully decorated club house for free! The clubhouse has a full kitchen in it as well. The only negatives with this complex is that the walls are very thin so privacy can be lacking. However I have never found an apartment that doesn't have this issue. The appliances are also a little dated and could use some upgrades. I'm not exactly sure what issue some of these other reviewers have with BBH because compared to the other complexes around here this is by far the most beautiful and clean of them all.
They are very outdated. The appliances are very old, the cabinet shelves sink, the rugs don't get replaced. The model looks good but the actual unit is gross. The complex could care less about the residents, it is all about money for them. No loyalty at all.
48 hours without central air on the hottest day of theg year. Very poor.
Appliances are very low quality - food is burned, clothes are shredded.
There is no frnee cable, as advertised - it ended 2 weeks ago. Lies, lies, and more lies.
Live somewhere else - the
owners are either chiselers
or are having money troubles.
Better than my last apartment, not too worried about being robbed here. Wife complains about stove/oven and washing machine, but loves the fire place and counter space. Decent location, besides the shady apartment complex across the road. Have gotten used to the trains. Nice neighbors. High ceilings. Poor free internet, never works with everyone else using it, and can't get direct tv bc apartment doesn't face the right way, so we have to use overpriced cable. I like it. Mortgage payments are less than rent. Good place to start.
Cheap quality, poor value ($930/mo).
