Everything was fine during previous management, besides the fact that you can hear every foot step from upstairs, sometimes even their TV or when they are talking, but over all not bad, the apartment is big for the price, but on the older side. Things seem to have gone downhill since the previous manager left, water has been shut off multiple times with no notice, once even over night all within a months time. And now ever since my new neighbor moved in and my apartment stinks of cigarettes all the time, I can't be in my apartment without wearing a mask at all times and opening my door to fan out the stink every other hour. I wake up in the middle of the night from the smell, yet management says they can do nothing about it when it is clearly affecting my right to peaceful living. Most places can kick people out from being too loud, yet my neighbors flooding my apartment with a known cancer causing agent is okay. I've blocked every vent and am even using two air purifiers in my apartment and it still doesn't make it any better.

My husband and I lived here for under a year. It was so bad we paid the extra fee to get out of our lease. Management is awful--lazy, unattentive, untruthful, and demeaning. It always took several calls to get repairs completed. The washer and dryer weren't in the unit when we move in. The list goes on and on. I did like the layout of the apartment we had, but it wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with terrible management.

I live here. The management sucks. It took them nearly a week to get me a stove and washer/dryer even though my lease was signed and paid for a month in advance. 2 weeks ago the apartment upstairs leaked all through my roof and it's still only half patched with an ugly ill fitting board. My ceiling fan was missing a blade that they just brought me today, with no bolts to attach it. I've been living here since June. Management simply doesn't give a shit about their current tenants. I will probably break my lease I hate this place so much. Look elsewhere, this complex is horribly managed, the apartments are small, outdated, awkward floor plans and not well maintained. If you sign a lease here you will regret it.
