DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!! There has been an explosion in one complex here that involved a Meth Lab. In the span of 2 months there were several break-ins, car and tire jackings, a peeping tom that looked through your windows, a girl held up at gun point for her phone, a man that was flashing women around the whole complex and several other things. Even with all of this happening, they decide to jack the rent up to a ridiculous amount. The office staff doesn't really help you out that much. Whenever you call, they rarely pick up the phone. They speak to you as if you're an inconvenience. Neighbors in the complex don't care AT ALL about the people below or around them. Our neighbors like to apparently circus around upstairs by stomping, running and sounding like they are unleashing the wrath of Thor with all the noise we hear until 3 in the morning sometimes. We could be living in a house for how much this place is charging us for a 2 bedroom apartment!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!

Do NOT sign a lease with this complex! We read all the reviews and check out this complex about a year ago and since the staff was friendly and helpful we decided to sign a year lease with them. The first couple on months were fine but then things started going south. We found a baby snake in our sons bathroom and reported it to the office with a picture, nothing was ever done. He had a problem with roaches at one point also. We have complained several times on the people that live up stairs from us with no relief. We have notified the cops, CPS, and the office of the child that constantly cries out for help. We have even called the cop several times because of load music 2 or 3 in the morning. Our ice machine in the freezer broke, the dish washer has to be replaced soon after we moved in because of an order and the ceiling had to be repaired twice. We have choose to move not due to all this issues but do to the crime rate raising in this last year. My family not longer feels safe. When we asked what the manager was doing about the crime we were giving the run around. ALSO, they increased out rent then told us we only had to give 30 days notice to them if we were going to renew. We went to turn our notice in today and was informed it would be a broken lease if we didn't pay for two months rent and that our contract states 60 days notice. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I Lived here for 3 years and I haven't had one problem. People stay to themselves and the staff is pleasant and responsive. If you want a good experience rent on PLACE side not POINT side, much less crime.

I don't know where to begin. The people in the office care nothing about their residents. They have no respect and have no interests in you, as a resident. The parking is absolutely terrible, sure, it's ok if you don't mind walking 200 yards to your door, especially if you have to make multiple trips. And, if you're lucky, you won't step in any of the thousand piles of dog crap that the residents are too lazy to pick up after. Because there is no parking, residents and their guests are still currently parking in restricted fire zones and in front of fire hydrants which makes backing out of spaces very time consuming and suck. They have put up tow signs, but I haven't seen any tow trucks or this sign being enforced in any way. I also had a package delivered from fedex which got there on December 11 and just now got confirmation that it was there yesterday, December 22, by accident. That's right, by accident. I received an email telling me that I have a package in the office. Well, it turned out to be the wrong side of the complex and I asked if my package has arrived. She said no, and then ten minutes later, after she did a mail audit, I was told that my package was there. I mean, really!!?? How hard is it to put a note on the door, call, or do something proactive to let someone know that there is a delivery for you at the office. Or even to do a 10 minute mail audit. What if it was time sensitive, what if it was food, what if it was a cat? I hate this complex so much, and have not enjoyed my stay at all! Then, when your lease is up, they try and tell you that you have to have your apartment professionally cleaned and carpet steam cleaned. Guess what? That stuff is not even in the lease agreement. They try and charge you to move out! I hope whoever is planning to move to the bradford apartments in webster texas reads this and finds out what a horrible decision they're fixing to make. If you already live there, I do not have pity on your soul, because you are already in Hades. I'm trying to help the people stay out of Hades. Take my advice, do not live somewhere that the people in charge care nothing about you and just want your money, even when you are trying to leave. The only satisfaction I have received from staying there is getting to write this in hopes that I can at least save one person, couple, family, your clean shoes, your legs, patience, money and time! Don't live there, it is a nightmare, while you live there, and once you've moved out!!!!

This apartment complex is HORRIBLE. Every week we get 2-3 emails from the management saying that apartments and vehicles are being broken into. When we asked to break the lease they told us with a 60 day notice and $855.00. Also the maintenance of the complex is trash and my girlfriend kept sighting a naked man who kept exposing himself to her when she was walking home alone, a journey of 200 feet. The office staff is rude and never has an answer to our questions telling us to check the website (which doesn't have the answers either and was the reason we showed up to the office) If you are thinking about this place THINK AGAIN! Those with families should avoid this place like the plague.
