avoid this place if you can! everything is very dated! wood on counter tops falling apart, they shut the water off for maintenance all the time, the stove top is very unlevel, if you need something fixed it takes forever then they act like its a huge inconvenience to them and they act like you are stupid for not fixing it yourself then when its fixed it breaks soon after or they leave a big mess or replace things with filthy parts. The road needs repaved lots of potholes and very uneven. The front office never knows whats going on very unorganized. Can't wit to move in a couple months.

It's been close to 7 months I have moved here. The community location itself is very pleasant and close to most necessities. The service from the leasing and maintenance is not at all great. Twice my maintenance requests have been closed without even addressing them. When I moved in, I asked for my patio to be cleaned since it had broken photo frames, shards of glass, cigarette stubs from previous tenant all left unattended. After 2 maintenance requests, the photo frames and the glass was cleaned. I have been following up for last 7 months on getting it painted, washed and the cigarette stubs removed but no avail. Every time I visit the leasing office, they promise that the request will be attended and 7 months have passed by. If you get a better community even for another 50 - 100 $ of hike in price, it is worth staying there rather than losing your mental peace with the management here.

The location is unbeatable. Close to shopping, grocery stores, expressway and the airport at a reasonable prices but utility bill varies each much about $45/50.... I moved into a top floor corner unit close to the front of the complex. But where can I start? The breezeways are filthy from garage bags spoilage to bugs and spider webs. The interior looks great at a glance but once you move in things aren't what they seem the paint is chipping from all the coats covered over last 20 years. The ac is noisy and old. The washers are outdated, my bathroom mirror is chipped and missing reflection, the sink as rust. Then the biggest most disgusting are the TERMITES they have infested my apartment and instead of tenting the building they cheaply have truly nolen pest control come and spot treat for them to return 3 weeks later. I had to go to Home Depot and spend $20 to buy spectracide pest control. Manager offered to move me into another unit... Are you kidding me? I'm packing and moving out of BridgeView and I suggested you take this review serious

I've lived in a number of different places, and Bridgeview is among the best so far. The apartments are spacious and clean, they offer employee discounts to local businesses (I've never had a discounted apartment, which is fantastic) and they regularly employ in home exterminators and valet trash pickup. My experiences with the neighbors has been positive, the grounds have been clear and quiet at night and parking is plentiful and convenient. Occasionally we've had issues with the toilet or shower, but maintenance has always been quick to respond, and the office staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The most aggravating thing about this complex is their damn water issue. I pay my water bill every month with my rent but for some reason this complex choses to turn off everyone's water to do 'maintenance'. I can't even get ready for work or cook breakfast because I have no water right now. This is the second time in one month that this has happened. I have never had this problem anywhere else that I have lived. Also, no one can use the pool without purchasing a gate key for 50.00. I purchased mine and still can't go to the pool because it has been closed for the past 30 days. So aggravating. Can't wait for my lease to end!!!
