If you live in the Denver/Westminster area then you know how cut-throat and brutal it is trying to find a descent place to live with a property manager that cares. I looked for several months before "renting season" and did my research. I work in Westminster so I was looking in the Flatiron/Interlocken area. There are several options here but this property was the only property I found with concrete construction between every floor and upgraded amenities that have been well maintained....and THE POOL....dam that is a nice looking pool!! Most agents that help you at properties are friendly and helpful but Heather in Camden Flatirons had that genuine care that I can recognize rather than the fake "I'm helping you because it's my job", kind of customer service. I hope my time here is as enjoyable as my first experience with the company.

Awesome place to live in Broomfield. I have just moved in here from Dallas and in love with this new place. Entire staff is very great, proactive and helpful all the time. Especially David with whom I have interacted most of the time is very knowledgeable and helpful at every visit. To talk about the pros and cons, I like the 24 X 7 amenities such as fitness zone, WiFi & internet cafe (also the beverages :) provided all the time ). And the apartment features nice interiors, brand new appliances, framed mirror in bathrooms, ... and a lot. So almost everything is great here. I don't see any cons but there are couple of things to note, First is garage parking, I don't see any issue right now but I guess in the future it will be a problem when the building gets filled with 100% occupancy. Second is the rent, it is much costlier when compared, but i guess it is worthy.
