The workers are rude and don't even act like they care.

Parking is terrible, some of the neighbors are loud and most are inconsiderate. The security is a JOKE. The staff used to be phenomenal, but one left and one went on maternity leave. Can't wait til shes back. Since they left, service has declined considerably. Never expect to get your phone call answered by on site staff. Etc etc. however the apartments themselves are nice.

I was looking around Chula Vista for an apartment and what really struck me about Camden was the helpfulness of leasing agent, Leticia. The leasing office and facilities are presentable. I have no issues with my apartment - maintenance is there to help if anything's the matter. Chris is the other awesome leasing agent - he is knowledgeable and truly friendly. Downsides: Costs of having cable TV (~$45 per month) is mandatory per month, I had to request my apartment be cleaned after moving in - it was dusty and I was ill for a week, and non-emergency maintenance request/cleaning were never on time. On a personal note, I dislike dealing with Famie the assistant community manager - she is not as warm and helpful as Chris and Leticia are.
