Apartment floor plans are nice and the ceilings are high. Many electrical outlets in the rooms and carpet in all bedrooms with wood flooring and tile throughout the apartment. Tenants are nosy and congregate in the front of the building every evening when there is nice weather. 95% of the tenants with children do no watch them and they destroy the common areas of the building (peeing in elevators and trashing the public restrooms on the first floor). Maintenance takes forever to fix minor issues within the home (I've been missing a hook on my bathroom door and a light bulb in the bathroom for 5 months). Also, even if you're not on section 8 they conduct "inspections" of you're apartment. Really a nice place from the outside looking in but I've been living here for a year and a half and it's not all it's cracked up to be.
