Big apartments for a good price. Too bad they are falling apart but at least maintenance tries to keep up. Definitely higher class ghetto. All in all it's pretty good, as long as your standards aren't too high.

Good price for rent, and larger rooms than most apartments. It is an old building, but things have been fixed as soon as I ask. Pet friendly, family friendly. Most of the tenets are friendly people. Good management, and owner.
