i live here, and its extremely over priced for nothing, u live by a train so u will hear noise all times of the night, if you lucky enough to live on the other side of the complex no matter im sure the renovations during the day and thin walls at night are enough to make a noise complaint. but its not really your neighbors fault. they should have reinforced it better since the prices are so high especially in newly renovated apts. the intercoms dont work but are very visible. and the water heater in your apartment isnt jus for you, its being shared by other tenants. so when u can hear the water running from your neighbors home, it would b best to wait till they are done or you will be bathing in the cold. showers arent so bad, but wanting a warm bath after work or anytime in the evening will always b an issue. just keep in mind when u rent your not paying for the place jus the location. only awesome thing is the fireplace, but since the ceilings are so low i worry about the damage it will do to the walls and i wonder then will the complex some how hold me responsible. theres a gym but the keys they have given out dont even work.
Nice and fancy place to live. I love it! Melisa is awesome. she is always there to answer my questions.
Prices are a bit steep for the Germantown area. Really safe area, payments are made online and the water bill is included in your monthly bill. The buildings require a key for entrance which is a plus! Parking is first come, first serve so I you work the night shift, you may have to walk and park a little further from your building. Most of the models are renovated-more expensive- but they look very nice. Neighbors keep to themselves, and loud music is rarely heard. Cherry Knoll apartments is a great place to live if you can afford it.
