I have found multiple places with mold in my apartment. I have noisy neighbor and have complained at least 5 times. The office employees to not care, though there ARE set quiet hours. There is dog poop everywhere because nobody picks up after their dogs. I don't feel safe because the windows are so old. They told me that I would get a renovated apartment, and I got one with broken doors, no dishwasher (as promised) and the oldest stove I have ever seen. I cannot wait to get out of here as soon as my lease expires.

this place is the worst! there are break-ins because of the old windows. MOLD all over the apartments! your children will get hurt on playground equipment that has nails sticking out of the boards and is broken, tenants also use the playgrounds as a place to let their dogs potty and no one EVER cleans up after their pets. You will clean poop off your shoes if you walk anywhere but the sidewalks. the apartments stink all the time like smoke no matter how many candles, air fresheners ect you use. do not rent here. there are many better choices with staff that will treat you like you matter. here they treat you like you are stupid and all they care about is taking your money!

my scooter was recently stolen from coliseum park apartments. then in 2010 my bycycle was stolen, as of right now i am very unhappy with this place and i will make sure noone wants to rent from this place...IT's bull-chit.
