If you lived here in 2009 or prior then I agree that the property was not managed well. In the past year however a new management company has taken over and considerably improved not only the appearance of the property and the quality of apartments that people are being moved into but has also taken extreme measures to control the noise, partying and overall respect for the community. Maintenace requests are taken care of promptly, the manager is courteous and helpful and they offer some of the nicest apartments you can find for the price. Forget about the past reputation, this place is worth checking out!

This is by far the worse place i have ever lived in. First off the landlord was such a b word and never did anything. I was naive i was only 18 at the time and have never been on my own. I was going to college at the time. She didn't do a walk through with me.The landlord doesn't hire anyone to clean she does it herseld and might i add she did a terrible job. I was blamed for things that already were broken after i moved out. The maintence guy was old and always complained about fixing things. It was always noisy because tons of college kids lived there and they would always party and never cared about their neighbors. I could hear everything the location is bad its a busy road. I can name off so many things. I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants to call a place home.
