The Good: Carpet, space, Landing, maintenance staff The Bad: gate for parking lot/safety issues/high crime rate, thin walls, water issues (water turned off 3x a month minimum), tiny parking spaces, assistant manager (lies, get everything in writing from her), fitness center (lack of equipment due to thefts), maintenance staff walking in unannounced, playground dirty and bugs in sand, pool/jacuzzi (green never cleaned), grass dog poo riddled The Ugly: upped rent 6% (beachside property only did 4% in the same year), cockroaches, bedbugs, clubhouse (filthy, never cleaned), pot smoking neighbors. Renter beware! I have talked to management on several occasions, they seem unwilling, or unable to fix any of the above problems.

Only here because the apartment is affordable. But for new residents to over priced.maintenance staff is poor.only drive golf carts around.buildings in need of paint job. Parking lot gate never works. Every year rents go up but no improvements. The sealed up whirl pool in back pool area. And the have a vollyball court that smells like a cat litter box.but if you want cheap.you get what u pay for. Trash cans dont gwt emptied until you let the office know. Copperridge would be better with better managment and qualified maintenance staff

We moved from a far distance, so we could not look at the apartment in person before we got it. We solely based our decision on what the internet portrayed it to be. Our apartment was decent. Nice size for the price. Too bad it ALWAYS smelled like marijuana, thanks to our neighbors. If I had children, I would have had a HUGE issue with this. Medical marijuana is legal in AZ, but you have to sign an agreement when you move in that not even medical marijuana is allowed, they go by some different law. We were told we were getting updated appliances- they left out the fact they must have been updated in the 80s. Our apartment came with a washer and dryer- they left out the fact that it was located outside. The courtyard was probably the best part as it was nice and convenient, especially for dogs and kids. One reason we chose this complex was because it was said to be "gated," the gate was never closed. The office was insanely rude to us on multiple occasions. Once, we got 3 different quotes on what we owed for one month- clearly they don't know what they are doing. Once they realized WE were right, we did not get an apology or any form of acknowledgement they made a mistake. The only reason I would recommend this complex is because it's pretty cheap. If you can afford something better, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Well this may not be a luxury place to live but it does have a great fitness center and big lawn area in the interior courtyards for my kids to play. The other places in the price range are dumps.
