The Coppermill Apartments need a little updating seeing as they were built in the 80's and havent been renovated since, but it is a nice quiet neighborhood. The community is gated and we have a Texas Lawman security guard that patrols through the complex at night. The staff is very helpful and friendly, Nik the apartment manager does a great job at making sure every resident's needs are met. Frank the maintenance guy is really cool too, he will go out of his way to help you if your apartment needs repairs. There is a tennis court and basketball court (which both need a few small touch-ups), and two swimming pools. Rent is also really cheap, less than $500 for a one bedroom! The only reason I did not give five stars was because this complex has a serious cat problem that needs to be addressed and also the buildings really need renovations or at least a new paint job. Other than that, I love this place and will definitely be renewing my lease in the fall :)

I wouldn't recommend this complex to my worst enemy. The apartment unit was crap. I had to fight tooth and nail to get any repairs done. I was promised a ceiling fan in my living room and master bed, but it took 2 months to finally get it after arguing with the complex about misrepresentation. The balcony railing was unsafe. I had to call the cops on multiple domestic disturbances, as well as the time I was almost held up at my front door, while trying to walk my dog. The neighbors were mostly rude and louse, short of a select few. The rent was very low, but you get what you pay for.
