I live here now with my daughter, and we can't wait to move. Our lease is up at the end of this year. I have dogs, and when I take them for a walk in the complex there is so much dog feces I am afraid to let my dogs get on the grass for fear that they will step in it. The pools are always being sabotaged by individuals unknown, but the rental company won't put up cameras. And also, our stair carpet is old, and matted down. My 14 yr old keeps slipping on them, but the front office won't replace it.

At first everything looks great. I also got an eviction notice for paying what we agreed on. A eight dollar charge for when I had them put new locks on the front door when I moved in. I didn't trust that they changed them when the previous people moved out. What a huge ordeal that was!! Just to change the lock!! Also on the grass on the property is horrible! The propel that have dogs don't clean up after them. I went to the office and asked to do something about that. There response was "We told then to clean up after the animals" So even though we pay pet rent they wont have someone to clean the property. I am very upset with that.

When we moved into the apartments, they were very hospitable, seeming very willing to work with us. And it looked like a very safe place to live. They quoted a price and signed the lease. Later down the road a couple of months, they sent an eviction notice. They stated it was because the incorrect amount was being paid. Come to find out, they had never contacted us by phone to try to resolve the problem. They had not checked their records to see that the price that was being paying was in fact correct and they were the ones in error. Also, we are paying extra for an alarm and it has not worked in two months. I would not recommend anyone moving into these places. It is very hard to contact them and they take forever to make repairs!!
