PS. The workout room is a joke. Out-dated and broken down, missing pieces. I don't even think it is considered safe. They're making about average 90,000 a month in rent, they should at least invest in updating their workout equipment.. NEGATIVE 5 Star REVIEW

I loved living here, never had any problems with the office. My top level apartment was very comfortable and quiet, the views of the mountains from my balcony were great and the proximity to stores and I-15 was a plus. I was actually sad when I had to leave, I had a fun time when I lived here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. All I can say is it seems really golden when you're moving in, but once you actually move in, they treat you like dirt. For months we have been trying to get someone to takeover our lease. The management is literally pushing people away because they can make more if we break our lease instead of having someone take over the lease. They are charging people 3 months up front because of "policy changes" since we signed our lease.
