This place is absolutely horrible STAY AWAY! WARNING they look nice on the outside and even somewhat nice on the inside but more things don't work than do work. Hot water takes forever, fridge has always had problems and they won't fix it. The walls are paper thin, the staff is very unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother looking.

These are very nice apartments on the outside and clean and reasonably sized on the inside, however....if you are anywhere near the main road you hear traffic all day and all night, don't bother using your balcony because its so noisy you can't have a conversation, not even at 9pm. The windows are very drafty, I can stand next to them and feel air coming through them, so in the winter your heat bill is very high and then heat comes through in the summer so you have to keep cranking the air up. I am in the middle, not on the top and not on the bottom. I hear everyone upstairs, sounds like elephants, unless its just my apartment. Then the oven, what a joke, no way to tell when you have reached the correct temp. or broiler doesn't seem to work, and the smoke detector goes off because heat escapes from the top of the oven thru these weird vents.. On top of everything else when your lease is about to run out...if you don't renew for another year they penalize you and raise the rent and I only signed for another 6mos. so when that one was up they increased it again!!! I don't know maybe all apartments are like this, I have never lived in South Jordan UT before this last year, and although I love the area this apartment has not been great for the $50 that they keep raising. That being said the people here are very nice, I just don't think you should be penalized if you don't want to sign a new lease for a year, I have been a good tenant but there is no month to month you will get your rent raised and the new person moving in will be paying $100 less than you, and I have been here over a year.

We've loved living here but we've ALWAYS had issues when dealing with the manager Deanna! If you need anything I'd recommend going to anyone BUT her in the office!

The apartments look a lot nicer than they actually are thanks to the granite counter tops. Once you move in you notice the cabinets don't line up or close correctly, the walls are paper thin, and the appliances don't work well (e.g. the freezer constantly bounces back between freezing and thawing... all your ice will slowly melt together; my washer was super noisy and I was told it was working normally). Other issues: - Don't get a unit next to daybreak parkway. You will hear cars driving by constantly. And if it rains it gets really noisy - Don't get a unit near the pool and playground, unless you enjoy the sound of screaming children - Lots of kids around. Not something I mind except they seem to think the parking lot and street is a playground. I've had to break hard more than once to avoid hitting some small child - There was no clean up in the parking lot when it snowed - There is no assigned parking, and the parking lot does not provide adequate parking. This is especially true in the evenings and on the weekends. Be prepared to park on the street from time to time. - And when it's time to resign your lease they may try to raise the rent on you. Overall, I would say this is a typical apartment complex. They give a good first impression, but the longer you are there the more you want to leave.
