I have been a residence since May of 2015. For the most part, it really depends on who your neighbors are, as with any neighborhood. Deer Creek is very quiet and the staff are amazing. The maintenance guys always greet you as they drive by and their service is phenomenal. I would definitely renew my lease with Deer Creek.

My husband and moved across country from Florida to Washington with our 80lb dog. Obviously we were a bit worried considering we never even been to the area prior to the jaunt. Thankfully our experience with Deer Creek made the move all the easier, and I sincerely hope this helps someone down the line: Pros: LOCATION! Seriously! We were so spoiled by the end of our time here, we bought our house only a couple of miles down the road. Grounds are always well maintained (besides the couple of residents that refuse to pick up after their dogs, which happens), staff is ALWAYS incredibly friendly, helpful, and overall a pleasure to work with. This includes maintenance, groundskeepers, office staff, you name it. My husband, and friends we know that also live there, have all mentioned the service. Parking. It's an apartment complex, so there's times it's a little hard to find a space, but I've seen MUCH much worse. You can also rent a garage if you needed more for a small fee. Maintenance was always prompt and fixed any issues we had without question. Cons: My only qualm with staff was in the beginning, there was a miscommunication on the term of the lease and monthly price. Just be sure you clarify exactly how long you'll be renting from the get-go, and get the different monthly rates accordingly. Secondly, my only other issue was the noise level of the residents above us AFTER the first people moved out. I sincerely doubt this would of been an issue normally, but the inconsiderate people above us were extremely obnoxious, rude, and overall angry and thought it was necessary to stomp a majority of the day and let their children scream and cry so everyone else in the building could be as angry as they are. As I've stated before, we have friends that live in the complex as well and they have absolutely no complaints of the people around them. Before these people moved in, we never noticed our neighbors. I'd say just be sure to do a walk-through of your own apartment before moving in. Our outgoing process was EASY. I'm sorry, but anyone that complains about how easy they make the exiting process is just being ridiculous. We actually broke our lease, but were able to sub-lease and not be liable for too much of our remaining time. They were very clear on those conditions and it ended up working out. We were given all documentation, then mailed it, so we were well aware of everything going on. Overall we are both very satisfied and happy we made the choice of Deer Creek to be our first landing spot when coming to Washington, and I would highly recommend it!

i love deer creek apt. if you are looking for a place to live i highly recommend it. the people that work in the office are very kind and helpful. i have lived here for over a year now and have made many new friends in time, they love it here, i love it here, and my family loves it here. they also make sure our children are safe. they have plenty of signs that proves they want to keep our children safe. they keep eyes on kids at all times at the pool, hot tub, and gym. there is also two tanning rooms, a soda machine, bathrooms, an upstairs that has a pool table, kitchen, and places to sit and watch tv, and they keep the remote in the room so you can change the channel whenever, and they have a desk with the managers or employees to help if needed. your search is over, make the right choice and come to deer creek apartments.

Please do not waste your money, they may look nice but the place is falling apart and they are charging a fortune it. Ive lived here for over a year in a 2 bed 1 bath for $920.00 a month. The assistant manager Emily is extremely rude and arguemenative when you try to get a maintance guy to fix anything. She told me it was not a priority to have my dishwasher fixed that by the way overflowd all over the kitchen floor! Maintance will not give you a day and a time that they will be out to fix any problems, it took two months to fix a moldy window in one of the bedrooms. Also the garbage bin is always overflowing, security gate is always broken, and there is never any parking. Please do not waste your time and money!!!

do not move in!!!! the place is nice yes a little pricey but moving in comes with alot of hidden fees especially when moving out. we had to pay a little over 500 dollars to move out and we left the place spotless. not to mention the staff is really rude and do not take care of their soldiers.
