Lazy, inconsiderate tenants live here. Every time I pass the dumpster there is garbage crawling out into the street because people are just too lazy to walk the extra three steps to put it where it's supposed to go. The pools are always closed, teenagers hang out and do drugs right on the steps out front of your door, and the management comes to do "checks" without any notice. Gunshots heard almost every night. Its cheap-ish but its just downright disgusting to live here.
