DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Were a young couple that stay in these apartments we have been living here for a year now. Let me start off by sayn the first couple months were good I loved the place mainly because its my first place. Everything was cool up until the first 5 to 6 months staying here. There was a couple expensive things coming up missing no sign of burglary it was like whoever was doing it had a key doors were locked and everything afterwards it was like whoever was doing it knew wen we were leaving and evrything. Neighbors also experienced theft and had to change the locks. We complained to the office and they couldn't do anything about it. My car has also gottn into. Maintance are a joke they half ass fix everything and i also think there sneaky. They have bugs they also always had a real bad ant problem pest control would come and it's like they didn't do nun. Were stuck here for now cuz its the holidays and season change so no one has anything else available at other apartment building. I don't think the rent is worth it. Me being young I was ready to live on my own not thinking nothing of it now that I know I know now that I've made a mistake living here. I STRONGLY recommend not staying here!! You will be fooled and disappointed😡😡

NEVER MOVE HERE everything us horrible....EVERYTHING Roaches the staff maintenance it's jus horrible my neighbor jus moved her entire closet is covered in mold they nickle ND dime you for everything find somewhere else this isn't it

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! THEY HAVE BED BUGS!! My daughter reported that she was getting bitten by bed bugs. They had one company come and inspect her unit. They never let her know what they found. The next thing she knew she was being charged $450.00 for a heat treatment to her apartment by a completely different company that i looked up online and its a construction company!! After they supposedly treated the apartment she continued to see more bed bugs!! THESE APARTMENTS ARE A JOKE AND THE OFFICE STAFF ARE RUDE!! I am a leasing agent for a different property and company and this place clearly has NO CLUE what they are doing!! We are currently investigating the apartments and the so called companies they have inspecting for bed bugs!

The rent is cheap and you get what you pay for. They painted the inside of both the tube and toilet instead of replacing them as well as the fact that the flooring was so messed up in the bathrooms that the toilet was leaning. Their maintenance staff are horrible, not because they are rude just incompetent. When they repainted the apartment before I moved in they painted the registers on the wall while the AC was still running which made the wet paint go down the wall in streaks. Do yourselves a favor drop the extra cash and find a better place than this...if you decide to go there just remember to not got out at night to walk around; not a very safe area.

Smh just very shocked!! Thought my stay was gonna be better but just don't seem right here...like it here at the beginning...then I talked to an employee on the phone and she was very rude!! Disappointed in this place!!
