I have been living here for 7 years and have just decided to sign on another year. The staffs are so nice....from the ones in the office to the maintenance workers. They are so prompt in fulfilling your requests. I have no regret living here. I won't move until I purchase my own home.

I currently live here and I can say everything is clean and the staff take care of anything that goes wrong within 24 hours. Yes you get what you pay for but you also get what you give. No bad experience yet

I have lived here for 20 months, just giving my notice now because I bought a house! But the staff was always great, and all of my maintenance requests were taken care of right away!! I highly recommend Emerald Lake Apartments.

HORRIBLE!! STAY OUT!! ***IT IN THE POOL!!!! THis is the most horrible place to live. Do not move in. Its dirty and disgusting. On a Saturday morning after been 15 min in the pool we discovered that some one had taken a sh*** in the swimming pool. Its extremely noisy during the evening. My friend who came to visit me told me that he felt he was in the projects in NYC. DO NOT MOVE IN. Go somewhere else even if you pay more. You get what you pay for and wow I am so sorry that I moved in here. CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!!!
