The following are my opinions: WARNING - Florida is the State of "credentialed con artists" including lawyers and judges. It's a free-for-all where written law is referenced and upheld at-whim depending on how much money you got. Most every official is either con-artist and-or thief as they dress in Barney's suits and present themselves as "civil". It's a charade. For example, the millionaire State governor was indicted on Medicare fraud and took "the 5th" numerous times. It seems Florida's sunshine attracts "empty-chested" sociopaths and in my opinion, one of them owns, "Fairway Vista". His name is allegedly, "Mr. Topps". You'll never meet him although he allegedly resides at "Corporate", the property office. "Mr. Topps" is who you are referred to when you have a problem, but Mr. Topps isn't reachable. You leave messages for him. Him never responds. Know this reality before you relocate. Accordingly, everything at Fairway Vista is tilted in the owner's favor, including refusals to document any transactions or provide corporate management contact information. This favors the "business", not the tenant. To that extent, living at Fairway Vista can be best described as this: Jail-style apartments serve as owner's economic, "Flashlight". Tenants are, "Disposable batteries" for this economic flashlight. Know your role, lowlife transient tenant. You are a valueless commodity, and the turnstile management roster has been instructed to ignore you, lie to you, mislead you, and treat you like the mindless herd animal you know you are. Know your place at Fairway Vista. Never ask for a receipt for anything. Welcome. Enjoy the abuse, nonsense, and eventual equity loss while worrying about being assaulted after dark as you exit your vehicle to your cheap overpriced apartment. I barely-survived the "Fairway Vista" apartments. This is a STEER CLEAR situation. Bad everything. Never felt safe and was approached by one of the numerous gang-tattooed street thugs who thought I "called the po po" on him. Great. How much longer on my lease? 11.75 months? Great... Overpriced units offer basic builder pressboard crap with cheap fixtures and appliances. You'll soon feel like a chump in your own space. Smug arrogant and rude property site personnel work hard to make your stay feel like, "A night in county jail". The apartments are grossly-overpriced, but then you ALSO PAY A MINIMUM FOR MONTHLY WATER AND SEWER even if you never use a drop! It's YOUR JOB to pay for nothing at Fairway Vista! They gladly consume your entire security deposit on exit. Be sure to advise them two months in advance of your intention NOT TO RENEW A WRITTEN LEASE or you will get charged TWO MONTHS rent to leave at the scheduled termination date. Although I returned a mint apartment they charged me to repaint and clean old carpets for the next victim tenant. That's MY expense farm animal! THE ONLY COURSE OF ACTION IS TO PAY $10 and FILE A CLAIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. DO IT. So, if you desire to be unsafe, overcharged, insulted, abused, and mocked - plus have your security deposit depleted for their operating turnover expenses - try Fairway Vista! Just think, it's "luxury" living as you cart your garbage on the top of your car to the central compactor like you live in Somalia. Enjoy the experience as you share the small pool with three fat Section 8 tenants who seem to poop, then bath in it, on the sunniest days. Enjoy your stay! Otherwise ... make an effort to find a value community somewhere NOT on Brandywine. It's a mess. My opinion.

I travel a lot for my job. I spend an average of 3 months in each location I am contracted for and I have to say this is, at best, a low end apartment complex. I have only lived here for 1 month and so far the hot tub has not worked for over a week, half the equipment in the fitness room does not work, and they close one of the exits for hours at a time with no warning. I'm not really impressed with this complex. I also find the apartment to be average in size but a little on the rundown side. The carpet is old and frayed, the refrigerator makes a loud noise every time the motor shuts off, and there are small holes in the bottom of the patio screen. The best thing I can say about this complex is that it is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

We lived at fairway vista for 2 years, our overall opinion was it was a good place to live if you did not have to deal with any issues with management. Over our 2 years there, they probably had management turnover maybe 6 times. My question is: what is going on there?? As in previous posts there seemed to have been some dishonesty going on within management. We had to phone for a lock out once after hours, and was charged $50.00 on the spot! Hmm..... We did deal with maintenance issues fairly frequently, and the majority of the maintenance men were helpful. I mention majority.....because there again, the turnover for maintenance there was a revolving door as well. My favorite was Manny, very friendly & helpful. :) He left just as we were moving out.....he explained to me there was an issue with management. Hmmm......once again! Our main problem with maintenance (actually this was more of a management issue), for some odd reason, our keys to our mailbox were not working, and we had to wait 9 DAYS for our mailbox lock to be changed.....we found that totally un-acceptable, we could not retrieve our mail for those 9 days. The overall problem there is knowing who to talk to to resolve something, when the management is turning over so frequently. Our biggest warning is that you can expect to walk away from there and not see your security deposit !! When we moved out, I spent 5 hours cleaning, shampooing carpets, and left that apartment spotless.....against my husbands better judgement. He had told me that we won't get any of our security deposit back from this place, but I am too honest of a person to have left our home of 2 years trashed & dirty, so I at least felt good about leaving there knowing that I am a good, honest, and responsible person. So......when we got our certified letter from Fairway Vista Apartments with our $15.00 security deposit back, the only thing to do was LAUGH!! And....the worst part was, I had to go and tell my husband "he was right". OK, so we got charged $65 from our deposit to replace a broken ice maker.....Seriously!! As I mentioned earlier, we had many visits from maintenance, and the main one, was our ice machine was not working the majority of the time, it had actually been replaced 2 times. And, our most recent maintenance call was the ice machine broken again, and we were told a new one was being ordered to replace it., and to call the office in 2 weeks to set up a maintenance call to install the new one. Since we were moving in less than a month, we decided it wasn't worth setting up that maintenance call, they could replace it once we were out, before the new tenant moved in. They keep record of their maintenance calls, I had told Mike (the manager at our time of move out) when we did the walk thru of my spotlessly clean apartment, that an ice maker was on order for us, and to check the maintenance records to see that it had been addressed. Again.....Seriously!! How are WE responsible for replacing an Ice maker, when the thing was obviously a repetitive problem. Another small issue was that we were being held responsible for some damage that was there upon our move in. As I said before......no matter what condition you leave that place in, things WILL be found to deduct from your security deposit. BEWARE of Management....they tell you what you want to hear. Not sure what is exactly going on there. Bottom line, if they had an Owner that cared, things may be different !!

I lived there for year , and the moment you move in you'll noticed that all their apartments are very old when you begin to look around at the features. They never replaced nor clean the carpet , in which I had to replace several packs of socks ; also the amenities are the worse that I'd ever seen. Do not allow those photos on online fool you , just check the Better Business Bureau because they an "F" rating. Furthermore, I had file a law suit against their poorly manage leasing office for the return of my deposit. These people started falsely adding dollars a mouth , just to avoid returning your deposit. Sad to say between the justice system and this residential site are made for each. Living there was one of my worse experience in life , so "do not " allow them to sucker you in their with this $ 500.00 off nonsense to move in crap. Furthermore, this place is unsafe because anybody at anytime can gain access , and that's not safe for hard working people. Yes, there's abundance of S S I , Section 8 that reside their , so just imagine the noise level at night. It's very very overly priced!
