Don't live here! When we moved in the carpet had stains and the floor had deep scratches. On top of that the dishwasher had to be repaired 3 times within the first month, the microwave would randomly turn on, and our refrigerator wouldn't remain shut. We documented the stain and the floor scratches but had no idea about the other issues until after we moved in. Upon moving out we were told that we owed them $1200 in damages! keep in mind we had paid a $400 non refundable pet fee and a $400 non refundable administration fee. We are being robbed by them. Don't trust them and avoid this place.

My friend and his girlfriend live at the Lex. Its a great apartment building with a lot of amenities. They have a workout room, pool, computer lab, and party room. They are clean and the rooms are large. Great Place to live in the south loop.

Great Place to live in the South Loop. Awesome amenities and close to 55 and 94.

Came here to visit a friend who is residing in this building and stayed for about two weeks. Everything was amazing here including the staff at the entrance and the facilities at the 6th floor. I recommend this to anyone who is thinking of renting in the LEX..

I have been living at The Lex for a year and totally Love it there> The pool in the summer time is amazing and everyone is so helpful there.
